Return, Refund & Shipment Policy

1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Domestic (UAE) deliveries usually arrive within 2–5 business days.

  • International shipping times vary by destination and customs procedures.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging or Manufacturing detect  and include all accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

  • Non-returnable items: opened consumables, final sale/clearance, or custom-made products.

To initiate a return, email ecommerce@royalindustries.ae with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond with instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA).

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it first, then place a new order.
For defective or damaged items, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer-initiated returns: customer pays return shipping.

  • Defective or incorrect items: we cover shipping costs or arrange pickup.

  • Always use a trackable courier and share tracking details with us.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, report it within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and products.
