GUARDIAN WS720 is a High-performance Weather Sealant one-part cold applied moisture curing 100% silicone sealant that is formulated for Joint seal. It has ultra-high elongation and remains very durable. Aluminum steel painted metal EIFS granite and other stone concrete brick and plastics How to Use: New concrete should cure and dry for a minimum of 7 days before applying the sealant. Prior to installation all joints must be thoroughly cleaned dried and free from contaminants. If water is used to flush a joint it should only be done in one direction to minimize contamination. After drying the top inch (25mm) of each face should be sandblasted separately maintaining a nozzle distance of no more than two inches (50mm) from the face. It is important to remove dust and loose particles from the joint using oil-free compressed air ensuring movement in one direction only. Adhesion can be affected by an oily surface so it is crucial to ensure that the joint is free from any oily residues.
